Using Hockline
Use the app for your own lawful hunting planning. Follow state agency rules, landowner rules, and safety requirements. You are responsible for field decisions. You keep ownership of your notes and photos while allowing Hockline to store and process them for the service.
Safety and legal rules
Hunting is dangerous. Use a full body harness. Unload safely. Tell someone where you will be. Verify seasons, hours, licenses, bag limits, land access, and calling rules with your state agency. Hockline never authorizes electronic calls where they are illegal.
Community rules
Do not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, private, or unsafe content. Do not trespass, poach, publish another person's location, interfere with emergency services, or probe accounts. We may remove content or limit access when there is a safety, legal, or security risk.
Information limits
Weather, rut timing, wind, moon data, and AI explanations can be wrong or incomplete. They do not promise deer movement or a harvest. Calling plans are informational.
